This product is unique, collapses to a manageable length, comes with a carry pouch with a pocket for rubber tips and rough terrain cups, and two different snow cups. It sets up easily, and has an length adjustment clasp which is solid. Package fits easily into a back pack or even a small luggage case. Best ever set of hiking poles.

These poles are a great value. They are easy to adjust, very sturdy, the baskets are easy to put on and take off, and the grips are good. I use them as training poles for mountain ultramarathons. They are significantly heavier than the Black Diamond poles that I use in races but they are less than 1/4th the cost and the additional weight benefits my training. I am extremely pleased with them.

The product was great quality and the shipment arrived ahead of schedule. I bought the product, hoping that it would get by airport security, because it will be used for hiking in Europe. We shall see.

I actually have no issues with the functionality or performance of the poles themselves, it's what happens if you break a part. On a hike I slipped and over torqued one of the poles and broke it on the bottom section. It happens. I cant blame the manufacturer for that. I contacted them twice now over two years to buy a replacement pole section and I've been rebuffed pushing me to a warranty claim through the original seller because I bought off amazon.ca. Even though I have a brochure that came with the product that states "Parts are available from us so you can keep your poles working like new without spending a fortune. Please email us and we will be happy to assist you!"My correspondence with the company that included a picture of that brochure basically was a response saying they "were sorry I recieved that confusing manual, there must be a mistake."The product was fine, dealing with this company outside of the US I assume is probably painful.
