I plugged this in to my child's ride along toys and it instantly heated up from the cord all the way to the connector. It was so hot I couldnt touch it ! Sending back.

I bought this for my daughters ride on RC car as the charger and motor cable / connector was damaged / not functioning. This functions and charges as expected! The t plug connector mates perfectly w/ my existing motor and RX30 control board.Pros: Copper wires are 16 gauge!Cons: The spade connector is a bit tight. If you mate it with another spade, it will get locked in there and disassembly will permanently damage the current connector. I replaced them with spade fittings I had at home and everything is fine!

This charging cord works well on the kiddos 12 volt jeep. It attaches as it should. Charges the battery like it should.
