I just received and yet to use however it feels like a nice heavy duty piece of cooking utensil and will do a great job. Long lasting quality.

Utmost quality, fit and finish the best as always with a Wusthof classic. Can safely lift an entire roast without it bending. Straight tines are perfect so you don’t cut into the fork with your carving knife!! Balance is comparable to a Classic carving knife. Love the looks too. A+

To say this fork is sturdy and well built is an understatement. Its machined from a single piece of high grade stainless steel. I imagine that in the distant future an archeologist will find it and admire it.

I bought this fork in conjunction with the Wusthof Classic Knife set - 9751. Ready now for Sunday lunch and other meat joint that needs carving. A high quality item which will last many years.
