The worst thing about these is the pathetic plastic hooks. They can be hard to hook onto a belt loop and cannot be used on anything that doesn't have belt loops. The hooks slip off whenever you have to lower your pants to use the comfort room. Anyone with any experience with plastic that has to support something knows that the plastic will break within a short period of time. I'll keep using them, but only because it costs me too much to take them to a store where I can take advantage of Amazon's free returns.

I do like this style with the two bands in the back. Once on they held all day sitting, standing and bending. I'm 5'11" and these have plenty of adjustment The thing I don't like is they don't stay on your belt loop will getting dressed or if I needed to go to the bathroom and had to take my pants down I'm not sure if I could get them hooked back up trying to get my pants up again. If the had a clip on the hook that would at least hold it on the belt loop. I'm going to try a small rubber band as there is a space on the hook to attach and then just slip over the bottom of the hook at least then I might be able to get dressed without help or get the up after using the restroom. Any slack in the and these are not going to stay on the loop.

I'm 6'2". They work...The smallest point is barely enough. The adjustable plastic piece doesn't have teeth to grip well, slides during the day. They need to have stronger elastic and different sizes. I like the 4 point connection. I'm not sure I can keep adjusting them all day since the adjuster is on my back. Still monitoring, will update if they fail or survive!
