I've been doing small studio recording lately and wanted a pair of affordable but good sounding headphones to use. I really wanted them to have a full range of sound - a lot of times, hearing the bass guitar track or background sounds are hard to hear properly in headphones and can cause your final mixdown to sound different than intended when played through an actual full range system.I decided to take a risk with these, as I'm unfamiliar with the brand. I honestly wasn't expecting much, but hoping they would work alright. So far, I'm actually a little impressed by them!These headphones are pretty comfortable to wear and not to heavy. They can also fold up if you want to pack them away in a bag or something. They have a removable coiled 3.5mm stereo cable, and it includes an adapter for 1/4" stereo as well.The sound is very well balanced. I was able to hear some stuff in some songs I never noticed before! I think they are lacking a little bit in treble, but the bass comes through smooth and balanced. You can also hear the mid's really well without it sounding too noisy.Overall, I'd say this is an easy 4 star product, especially for the price point! I'm really on the fence about even throwing it a 5, but it's not quite there sound wise... Maybe we should say 4.5? Anyways - if you need full range headphones on a budget? Try these!
