This works perfect for a three-speed ceiling fan. It was easy to install. All you have to do is cut the wires off the old switch one at a time to match the positions. Cut them as close as possible to the old one. Strip off some wire and insert that end into the little blade that secures the wire into the switch. Repeat for all wire and put it back together. Works perfect. Exactly what I needed.

This little and inexpensive switch was easy to install and brought our dead fan back to life! Should have done it years ago

Never done this type of repair before on my ceiling fan, but this pull chain was easy to install and it works great. Saved my a lot of money from buying a new ceiling fan.
