The bolt holes don't match my Arctic Cat ATV 2004 400. They are about 2mm too far apart, which is enough to keep both bolts from mounting into the original holes. I had to modify things a bit to get it to stay. Hopefully it holds. I also had to get an extension rod and coupler bolt from a local Ace Hardware to make the actuator plunger bolt long enough to attach to the brake pedal.Other than that, it seems OK so far.
