The adhesive ring was stuck to the wall of the cup, there were many marks and it felt like the ring had melted

Do not buy! I have had this product just over a month.. only used a couple times a week...already cracked almost all the way across.

.Unlike the poplar insulated mugs (that contain lead). This item came packaged very well to prevent breakage. It may not be insulated but I absolutely love this mug. The handle is sturdy. Came with two straws and a cleaner. It was absolutely amazing until I left it on the roof of my car and drove off and it broke. I need to order another one and would definitely recommend this. If you want a more natural mug that fits in your car perfectly and with the sleeve on it, it does not sweat. I'm sad I broke mine. I would definitely recommend.

This extremely tough and beautiful glass tumbler was one of those things I always wanted, instead of the hard plastic, or stainless steel type tumblers.There is just something about using glass that makes me feel confident that the container that I am using is clean, free of bacteria, and is able to stand up to whatever I put in it without the contents becoming contaminated or causing me health issues like an upset stomach or worse.I had a glass tumbler before and accidentally dropped it, resulting in it frosting up from the inner glass breakage, and I was so beside myself, as I hated to lose such a good quality container to drink from. That lasted to now when I finally found this amazing, very well protected glass tumbler.I've turned it upside down a couple of times and the only leakage it had was from the leftover content in the straw, but there was no other leakage to mention from the amazing tumbler. this is now my go to for a grab and go container to hold whatever beverage I choose to put in it, rather hot or cold.

This is exactly as described - a borosilicate glass tumbler with a handle, and a silicone jacket. It comes with two metal straws with angled ends. One straw is normal width; the other is wider to accommodate boba drinks and thicker liquids. Both straws come with a sleeve that covers the angled end that sticks out from the tumbler lid. The sleeves are color-coordinated to match the silicone jacket on the tumbler.This is NOT an insulated container; don't expect your liquids to stay cold. And because the tumbler is glass, expect a lot of condensation if you use it for cold drinks--even in fairly dry environments. And the silicone jacket doesn't really prevent the condensation, so you'll probably need to use a coaster.The tumbler (with its jacket on) is dishwasher safe, but the lid is not. I've used mine on a daily basis for a week or so and washed it in the dishwasher several times. (I only use it for ice water.) So far - no complaints. This is a good choice if you prefer to drink from a glass vessel.
