The weather has held me up some for completing my deck but have tried a few of these before having to stop. They fit well on Trex decking and hold well. My only wish is that the screws were a harder metal. They hold well but worry about stripping them out so switched to a drill instead of my impact driver.

These hidden retaining clips are crap! The screws are Phillips head and strip the screw indent out on almost every screw. The retainers are plastic and snap with any pressure. Then the job gets really ugly trying to extract the screw and retainer. NOT Fun!Don't waste your time.

I used these for my composite deck. The are hidden, as advertised. Easy to use, I haven’t had any problems.

Several of the fasteners cracked with very little tension. The screw heads strip very easy. Don't know how long they will last.

I ordered these ‘Muzata 120PCS Deck Fasteners Hidden Deck Fastener Clips’ to use on a small deck platform I’m building. There were a lot less expensive than the name brand clips, so I figured they were worth trying.I am mostly satisfied with these ‘Muzata 120PCS Deck Fasteners Hidden Deck Fastener Clips’. They do secure my composite deck planks almost as good as the OEM ones. I do notice a bit more ‘wiggle’ in the planks with these fasteners, but nothing that will cause a problem.I do like how the included screws are longer than on the name brand fasteners. But I don’t like that the heads on the screws are substantially bigger. They will definitely be noticeable between the deck boards especially if they rust down the line.The clips seem to be pretty solid. I have no doubt they will hold up reasonably well to the elements.Allin all, these ‘Muzata 120PCS Deck Fasteners Hidden Deck Fastener Clips’ are a decent, cost effective option for composite deck fasteners. The quality is decent…they do fit…and they do hold the boards securely. The screws are just too obvious when they’re installed.
