This cartridge really works very well with my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 ! Same as previous reviewer, after installation, I only saw a warning message saying HP can't guarantee quality since this is a generic cartridge, but everything worked great after it. The ink level shows full, and the printing quality looks good. No issues at all.

A lot of times the non-namebrand ink cartridges won’t work well in an HP printer. I have had no problems with these whatsoever and will buy these in the future. The print quality seems every bit as good as HP branded ink cartridges.

Had to sell my plasma every time I needed oem ink from HP. Just kidding it was every other time! Worked flawlessly with my HP 8702.

I've been using original HP cartridges for years but where the printer's getting older and sets are soooo expensive, I'd hate to have a couple hundred dollars in ink left on my shelf when I finally need to replace the printer. Hence I decided it was time to switch to generics.I was prepared to be faced with the common error about the cartridges not being allowed because of the chip issue and having to reset the machine back to factory settings to get them to work, but to my surprise, I only saw one warning about HP couldn't guarantee quality since this was a generic cartridge and things worked fine from there. So far, I'm only using the black one but no reason to believe the colors will react differently.
